The Prudential Building is a historic property located in central Oldham. The building is empty and in significant disrepair. Awa were appointed by Oldham Council to provide an external condition report, providing a detailed schedule of condition with proposals for comprehensive repairs that would allow for future occupation of the site. The condition report was then utilised to benchmark project costs of the delivery of the external works.
