Bel Group’s UK headquarters were previously located at 160 Kent Road, Sevenoaks. Bel Group were in dispute with the Landlord due to persistent water ingress into their office suite, together with issues associated with the Building Services and Air Conditioning. Awa provided a detailed inspection of the property to identify the root cause of the water ingress, and facilitated the inspection of the building plant to provide a comprehensive report into the buildings wider issues. The report was provided to Bel Group for use in their negotiation of the terms of their lease.
