Resonance, a Social Impact Investor, purchased a Victorian terraced house on Alexandra Grove in Manchester. The property was in significant disrepair, and required stripping back to shell. Awa oversaw the full refurbishment of the property from initial survey and design to handover to one of the clients housing partners.
